  • Order Status

    How can I see my order status?

    You can go to the My order page to view your orders. There are nine different status:


    a) Await Purchase

    The item has not been purchased yet,(in this status, you can cancel this item if you like.)

    b) In Process

    Our purchaser is buying this item now. Once the item is purchased, you cannot delete it.

    c) Bought

    Our purchaser has paid and bought the item for you. If a "camera" sign is shown like in below picture, you can click it to have a look.

    d) Arrived

    The items have arrived our company.

    e) Await Payment

    You need to pay more to buy this item. This is usually because the domestic delivery fee or item's fee is not sufficient.

    f) Refunded

    The money for this item has been refunded back into your account.

    g) Lost

    Your items have lost in iOrder and we will compensate for you; or you can directly contact our customer serive for help.

    h) Storing

    Your item has been stored in our warehouse, Please submit delivery as soon as possible. Our free storage time is 90 days.

    i) Abandon

    iOrder storage time is 180 days, and you don't submit delivery during this time. So it means you have given up your items and we will handle them in our way. (They don't  belong to you any more)

    Note: 1) If your item has some problems, our purchaser will leave a message for you, Please click the " chat" and reply when there is a "new" on it.


    2)  When your domestic delivery fee or item's fee is not sufficient, you should click the “pay” button to pay the remainder.
