    How do I send a refund request?

    If you have balance in your iOrder account and would like to withdraw it, you can send a refund request. Please click “Withdraw money” on the left side of the webpage after you log in. Fill out the form and submit it. Please see below for your information.

    PayPal

    For refund to PayPal account:

    Note: When click PayPal, you will see the balance of your account on the right side of your account!

    If money is withdrawn within 60days after depositing money, you will receive a full refund including the PayPal service charge.

    If money is withdrawn more than 60days after depositing money, you will not be refunded service charge.

    Russian customers: You will not be able to withdraw via PayPal after 60 days from the day you deposited your money


    Western Union

    For refund to Western Union account:

    Transaction fees will be automatically deducted from the amount that you requested.

    For refund to WebMoney account:

    For all refunds:

    1) Our accountant will refund money to you within 3 working days.

    2) Please notice that you are responsible for bank transfer fees. However, if you paid with PayPal and want a refund within 60 days after payment, the PayPal service fee will be refunded.

    When should I expect a refund?

    If the item you want cannot be bought (out-of-stock, illegal etc) or has problems (damaged, incorrect etc), we inform you the reason for refund and credit money to your iOrder account directly and immediately.

    How to check my refund records?

    You can go to “My Account History” to view all the details, which is on the left side of the page after you log in.

    You can find the banlance of all your account on the right side of the page. The balance is the conversion of USD and CNY.

    If you want to check the refund history of all of your account, you can click “My Refund Records” in the bottom of the page.

    Note: There are Five kinds of status in "My account history", Payment, Recharged, Refund, Withdraw, Deductions.

    Payment: You have paid the items you want.

    Recharged: You have added money to your account.

    Refund: We have refunded to you. When the items you want to bought is out of stock or if you deleted the items you have paid, iOrder will refund the money of the items to you.

    Withdraw: You have withdrawed the money from your account.

    Deductions: If the amount of the items you paid is not enough, iOrder will charge directly from your account (This situation is not common).

    When should i get a refund if the taobao seller is always off-line?

    After  paid for the items, we will refund you if the taobao seller is 3 days off-line.

    Attention:

    1) Our accountant will make the refund to you within 3 working days.

    2) Please notice that you are responsible for bank transfer fees. However, if you paid via PayPal and want a refund within 60 days after deposit, the PayPal service fee will be refunded.

    3) Paypal or webmoney refunds will be completed within 24 hours. Other methods will take about 3 working days
