  • Whole shopping process on

    1) You are able to  select items you like from any chinese online stores.After registered on iOrder,please go to “new order”in "my iOrder", or click “Quick Order” on the right side to place  order in

    Copy the original products website URL and then click “Submit” to place order.

    Then click"add to shopping cart".


    ♥ If some information cannot be retrieved, please enter them manually.

    ♥ Please enter additional information about the item (color, size, pattern etc) in the "Comments" field.

    ♥ If the picture does not show up, do not worry. It will not affect the purchase.

    2) Go to your shopping cart page and pay for items

    Go to “my shopping cart”, select the items you want to pay. In this interface, you will know the total amount of your items and account balance.


    you could click “Delete” to cancel this order before you pay.

    You could click “select all” to select all the order you want to pay.

    You could click “Delete the selected” to cancel the order you have selected before.

    You could click “Add to my favorite” to add this order to your favorite.

    3) iOrder's purchaser will help you buy the item after the payment is done.

    After paid the items, your order will go to purchasing process. And you could check the order status in iOrder account at any time. The status include: Await purchase, In purchasing, Await payment, Bought, Arrived, Refunded, Lost, Storing, Abandon.

    Await purchase: The item has not been purchased yet, (in this status, you can delete this item if you like).

    In purchasing: Our purchaser is buying this item now. Once purchased, you cannot delete it.

    Await payment: You need to pay more to buy this item. Because the domestic delivery fee is usually not sufficient. Please click the “pay now” button to pay the remainder or you can cancel this item and get refund.

    Bought: The item has been bought.

    Arrived: The items have arrived at iOrder's warehouse.

    Refunded: The money for this item has been refunded back into your account. If you can't find your order, please go to “refund” to check your order.

    Lost: Your items have lost in iOrder but please do not worry and  we will compensate you; or you can directly contact our customer service department for help.

    Storing: Your item has been stored in our warehouse.As our free storage time is 90 days,please submit delivery as soon as possible.

    Abandon: iOrder storage time is 180 days, and you don't submit delivery during this time. We will think that you have given up your items and we will handle them in our way. (They don't  belong to you any more)

    You can click this “chat” to talk to our purchaser if you have any requests for the items.

    If the order is not purchased, you are able to cancel it.

    4) After the items arrive at iOrder, please select the items you would like to ship and submit delivery address. After got the exact weight, please select the delivery method and pay delivery fees.

    Log in and go to “my order”, click “Arrived”, and then select the items you like to delivery, click “submit delivery”.

    Then a new page accurs like this:

    If you are a new user, please click “Next”, and then fill in the recipient's information, and click “Save”.

    Then you will see this interface about your address.

    Then select the delivery method. We usually recommend China Post—EMS, which is fast (5-7 days) and cheap (you will enjoy 50% discount).

    Then if you have confirmed all the information, click “pay”.


    If you have some special requests about your parcel, please note that in the “remark”.

    The "Declared value" and Express Waybill description" are optionally to be filled in.

    If your account has no enough money when you click "pay", you can click "add money" to add enough.

    After paying the delivery fee, you will see a picture of your parcel details, and then you can click “Back to my parcels”.

    5) You can go to the menu of “my parcels” to check the parcel details. Please confirm the receipt of the parcel and then leave a feedback.

    Log in and go to “my parcels” to check the parcel status and details. The status include: Await process, Processing, Shipped, Received, OK.

    Processing: We are preparing to deal with your parcel, please be patient!

    Shipped: The item has been shipped. Please get ready to receive.

    Received: You have received the goods and signed for it.

    OK: You have evaluted our service.

    Await process: Your parcel is waiting for processing. Before processing, you can choose to cancel the parcel shipping. After cancelling,  the second payment will be refunded to your account automatically. (If you have used the e-coupon, it will not be returned once you cancel the delivery.)

    Await: You should pay the difference because your estimate weight is smaller than real weight.

    You can click "confirm receipt" when you had received your parcel. And then you can make the evaluation of our services.

    After you have evaluated, it will show this:

    Click “ok”, and then the order status will change to be “OK”.
